Chapter 16 · Verse 1575
प्र वाम् अर्चन्त्युक्थिनो नीथाविदो जरितारः. इन्द्राग्नी इष आ वृणे
Indrågn∂ i¶a å væƒe. Indra and Agni, the singers of hymns, pioneers choose to celebrate you for the sake of sustenance, support and energy.
हे इन्द्र और अग्नि, स्तुति करने वाले गायक, जो ज्ञानवान हैं, वे पोषण और बल के लिए आपकी स्तुति करते हैं।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1576
इन्द्राग्नी नवतिं पुरो दासपत्नीर् अध्ञुनुतम्. साकम् एकेन कर्मणा
Såkam ekena karmaƒå. Indra and Agni, shake up, inspire and arouse with a single clarion call the ninety fortresses yonder of the allied and supporting forces of the benevolent ruler of the republics.
हे इन्द्र और अग्नि, एक साथ मिलकर उन निन्यानवे दुर्गों को हिला दें जो मित्र राष्ट्रों के शासकों के अधीन हैं।

इन्द्राग्नी अपसस् पर्युप प्र यन्ति धीतयः. ःर्ंअस्य पथ्या अनु
Indra and Agni, lord of power and lord of light and law, the pioneer forces of action and reflection go forward, all round, and close to the target, following the paths of truth and law of rectitude. (Swami Dayanand interprets Indra and Agni as wind and electric energy of space, and the movements of this energy in waves directed to the targets of purpose).
इंद्र और अग्नि, शक्ति और प्रकाश के स्वामी, सत्य और धर्म के पथों का अनुसरण करते हुए, सभी ओर से आगे बढ़ते हैं।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1578
इन्द्राग्नी तविषाणि वां सधस्थानि प्रयाँन्सि च. युवोर् अप्त्ञुर्यम् हितम्
Yuvor aptμuryam hitam. Indra and Agni, your forces, strategic concentrations of the forces deployed and collective resources, are well disposed, and integrated, and your zeal for making a move is instantaneous, everything being just at hand.
हे इन्द्र और अग्नि, आपकी शक्तिशाली सेनाएँ और एकत्रित बल सुव्यवस्थित हैं, और आपकी युद्ध तत्परता सर्वदा प्रस्तुत है।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1579
›अग्ध्य्ञु षु शचीपत इन्द्र विश्वाभिर् ञुतिभिः. भगं न हि त्वा यशसं वसुविदम् अनु श्ञुर चरामसि
Indra, lord of omnipotent action and infinitely various victories, with all powers, protections and inspirations, strengthen and energise us for excellent works without delay. As the very honour, splendour and treasure-home of the universe, O potent and heroic lord, we live in pursuit of your glory to justify our existence and win our destiny.
हे इन्द्र, हम आपकी महिमा, ऐश्वर्य और धन की प्राप्ति के लिए तत्परता से कार्य करते हैं।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1580
पौरो अश्वस्य पुरुकृद् गवाम् अस्युत्सो देव हिरण्ययः. न किर् हि दानं परिमर्द्धिषत् त्वे यद् यद्यामि तद् आ भर
You are the sole One omnipresent citizen of the universe, creator of all lands, cows, lights and knowledges of the world, maker of the motions, ambitions, advancements and achievements of nature and humanity, fountain head of universal joy, and golden refulgent generous lord supreme. No one can ever impair or obstruct your gifts to humanity. O lord, I pray, bring us whatever we ask for.
हे सर्वव्यापी, समस्त भूमियों, गौओं, प्रकाशों और ज्ञानों के निर्माता, प्रकृति और मानवजाति की गतियों, महत्वाकांक्षाओं, प्रगति और उपलब्धियों के रचयिता, ब्रह्मांडीय आनंद के स्रोत और स्वर्णिम, तेजस्वी, उदार परमेश्वर, आपकी महिमा का कोई भी वर्णन नहीं कर सकता।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1581
त्वं ह्येहि चेरवे विदा भगं वसुत्तये. उद् वावृषस्व मघवन् गविष्ंअय उद् इन्द्राश्वम् इष्ंअये
Come to give gifts of wealth and honour to the devotee so that the people may be happy and prosperous. O lord of honour and majesty, Indra, bring us showers of the wealth of cows, lands, knowledge and culture for the seekers of light, and horses, advancement and achievement for the seekers of progress.
हे भगवन, धन और सम्मान के दाता, भक्तों को सुख-समृद्धि प्रदान करने के लिए पधारें। हे इन्द्र, ज्ञान और ऐश्वर्य के स्वामी, प्रकाश चाहने वालों के लिए गौओं, भूमि, ज्ञान और संस्कृति का धन तथा उन्नति चाहने वालों के लिए अश्व, प्रगति और सिद्धि प्रदान करें।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1582
त्वं पुर्ञु सहस्राणि शतानि च य्ञुथा दानाय मँन्हसे. Å पुरन्दरं चकृम विप्र वचस इन्द्रम् गायन्तोइ᳓वसे
Indra, you command and grant many hundreds and thousands of heaps of wealth for gift to the devotees, and as many troops of soldiers for defence and protection. We, poets of holy words of adoration, do service to Indra, breaker of the strongholds of darkness and sing in praise of him and exhort him for the sake of protection and patronage.
हे पुरंदर इन्द्र, आप दान के लिए सहस्त्रों और शत-शत धन-समूहों को प्रदान करते हैं, और रक्षा के लिए सेनाओं को भी। हम, पवित्र वचनों के गायक, आपकी स्तुति करते हुए आपकी सेवा करते हैं।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1583
यो विश्वा दयते वसु होता मन्द्रो जनानाम्. मधोर् न पात्रा प्रथमान्यस्मै प्र स्तोमा यन्त्वग्नये
Madhor na påtrå prathamånyasmai pra stomå yantvagnaye. Like bowls of honey let our prime songs of adoration reach this Agni who, blissful high priest of existence, gives all the wealths and joys of the world to humanity.
हे आनंदमय, विश्व के धन और सुख प्रदान करने वाले अग्निदेव, हमारी स्तुतियाँ आपके पास पहुँचें।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1584
अश्वं न गीर्भी रथ्यं सुदानवो मर्मृज्य्- अन्ते देवयवः. उभे तोके तनये दस्म विश्पते पर्षि राधो मघोनाम्
Agni, lord of glory, ruler and sustainer of the people, generous devotees dedicated to charity and love of divinity, with voices of adoration and prayer, exalt you like the motive power of the chariot of life, and pray: Bring us the holy power and prosperity worthy of the magnificent for our children and grand children.
हे ऐश्वर्य के स्वामी, हे प्रजा के रक्षक, हे दान और देवभक्ति से युक्त भक्तगण, हम आपकी स्तुति करते हैं, हमें अपने पुत्रों के लिए महान ऐश्वर्य और पवित्र शक्ति प्रदान करें।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1585
इमं मे वरुण श्रुधी हवम् अद्या च मृडय. त्वाम् अवस्युर् आ चके
Varuna, Lord Supreme of our highest choice, listen to my prayer to-day, be kind and gracious. In search of love and protection, I come and praise and pray.
हे वरुण देव, आज मेरे आह्वान को सुनें और मुझ पर कृपा करें। मैं आपकी शरण में आया हूँ।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1586
कया त्वं न ञुत्याभि प्र मन्दसे वृषन्. कया स्तोतृभ्य आ भर
Kayå stotæbhya å bhara. Indra, lord of power and prosperity, generous as cloud showers, by which modes of protection and promotion do you bless us with the joys we have, by which methods and graces do you bear and bring the wealth which the celebrants enjoy?
हे इन्द्र, किस प्रकार की रक्षा और उन्नति से आप हमें आनंदित करते हैं और किस प्रकार की कृपा से हमें वह धन प्रदान करते हैं जिसका हम उपभोग करते हैं?
Chapter 16 · Verse 1587
इन्द्रम् इद् देवतातय इन्द्रं प्रयत्यध्वरे. इन्द्रं समीके वनिनो हवामह इन्द्रं धनस्य सातये
Indra≈ sam∂ke vanino havåmaha indra≈ dhanasya såtaye. We invoke Indra for our programmes of natural and environmental development. We invite Indra when the yajna of development is inaugurated. Lovers and admirers dedicated to him, we pray for his grace in our struggles of life, and we solicit his favour and guidance for the achievement of wealth, honour and excellence.
हे इन्द्र, हम विकास के यज्ञ के आरम्भ में, प्राकृतिक और पर्यावरणीय विकास के कार्यक्रमों के लिए आपका आवाहन करते हैं।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1588
इन्द्रो मह्ना रोदसी पप्रथच्छव इन्द्रः स्ञुर्यम् अरोचयत्. इन्द्रे ह विश्वा भुवनानि येमिर इन्द्रे स्वानास इन्दवः
Indra, by the power and abundance of his omnipotence, expands and pervades heaven and earth. Indra gives the radiance of light to the sun. All regions of the universe and her children are sustained in life and order in Indra, and in the infinite power, presence and abundance of Indra flow all liquid energies of life's evolution to their perfection and fulfilment.
इंद्र अपनी महान शक्ति से स्वर्ग और पृथ्वी को विस्तृत करते हैं, और सूर्य को प्रकाशमान करते हैं। समस्त लोकों और उनके पुत्र इंद्र में ही स्थित हैं, और इंद्र की शक्ति में ही सब कुछ प्रवाहित होता है।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1589
विश्वकर्मन् हविषा वावृधानः स्वयं यजस्व तन्वाँम् स्वा हि ते. मुह्यन्त्वन्ये अभितो जनास इहास्माकं मघवा स्ञुरिर् अस्तु
O Vishvakarman, you yourself guide and perform the yajna of your own creation with the holy materials from within nature itself, yourself exlating in the expansive universe. Here the other people, unaware of the mystery, feel awe-stricken but, we pray, may you, Lord Almighty and omnificent, be the ultimate giver of enlightenment for us.
हे विश्वकर्मा, आप स्वयं अपनी रचना के यज्ञ का संचालन करें, प्रकृति से प्राप्त पवित्र सामग्री से स्वयं को संतुष्ट करें। अन्य लोग विस्मय में रहें, परन्तु हे सर्वशक्तिमान, आप हमारे लिए ही प्रकाशमान हों।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1590
अया रुचा हरिण्या पुनानो विश्वा द्वेषाँन्सि तरति सयुग्वभिः स्ञुरो न सयुग्वभिः. धारा पृष्ंहस्य रोचते पुनानो अरुषो हरिः. विश्वा यद् र्ञुपा परियास्यृक्वभिः सप्तास्येभिर् ऋक्वभिः
This Soma spirit of the fighting force of divinity, protecting and purifying by its own victorious lustre of innate powers, overcomes all forces of jealousy and enmity as the sun dispels all darkness with its own rays of light. The stream of its radiance, on top, shines beautiful and blissful. The lustrous saviour spirit which pervades all existent forms of the world, goes forward pure and purifying with seven notes of its exalting voice and seven rays of light and seven pranic energies expressive of its mighty force.
यह सोम आत्मा, अपनी विजयिनी दीप्ति से सब द्वेषों को पार करती है, जैसे सूर्य अपनी किरणों से अंधकार को दूर करता है। उसकी धारा प्रकाशित होती है, सुंदर और आनंदमय।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1591
प्राचीम् अनु प्रदिशं याति चेकितत् सं रश्मि- भिर् यतते दर्शतो रथो दैव्यो दर्शतो रथः. अग्मन्न् उक्थानि पौँन्स्येन्द्रम् जैत्राय हर्षयन्. वज्रश् च यद् भवथो अन- पच्युता समत्स्वनपच्युता
Intelligent and well aware, Soma warrior goes forward in the line and to the destination in consonance and continuation of living ancient tradition of law and custom, his glorious divine chariot is directed by rays of light and vibrant enthusiasm, thus the glorious chariot goes on. Songs of praise in honour of the brave resound, exalting Indra, the ruling soul of the order, for victory, when the ruling soul and the fighting force both become the one thunderbolt infallible in battles, verily one invincible power in battle.
हे सोम, तुम प्रकाश की किरणों से संचालित होकर, विजय की कामना से स्तुतियों को बढ़ाते हुए, युद्धों में कभी न गिरने वाले वज्र के समान आगे बढ़ते हो।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1592
त्वं ह त्यत्पणीनां विदो वसु सं मातृभिर् मर्जयसि स्व आ दम ऋतस्य धीतिभिर् दमे. परावतो न साम तद् यत्रा रणन्ति धीतयः. त्रिधातुभिर् अरुषीभिर् वयो दधे रोचमानो वयो दधे
Paråvato na såma tad yatrå raƒanti dh∂taya¨. Tridhåtubhir aru¶∂bhir vayo dadhe rocamåno vayo dadhe. You win the wealth of advantage over hard bargainers in exchange and, in trade and commerce, turn deficit into surplus and make it shine with native resources in your own home, yes with open, honest, yajnic transactions of law and truth as on the vedi of yajna. Songs of praise and appreciation from afar are heard where expert organisers and workers rejoice in action. Bright and brilliant Soma spirit of peace holds life and sustenance in hand by shining wealth of matter, mind and motion in open peaceable circulation, yes Soma holds life and sustenance in hand, under control, and provides it freely.
हे भगवन, आप अपने भक्तों के साथ मिलकर धन-संपत्ति को शुद्ध करते हैं, जिससे वे अपने घर में ही अपने गुणों से समृद्धि पाते हैं।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1593
उत नो गोषणिम् धियं अश्वसां वाजसाम् उत. नृवत् कृणुह्य्ञुतये
Nævat kæƒuhyμutaye. Lord of light and life's development, give us the gift of that knowledge and intelligence which may develop the wealth of cows and horses and create modes and means of success and prosperity. Give us that intelligence inspired with love for people so that we may live in peace and joy.
हे प्रकाश और जीवन के विकास के स्वामी, हमें वह ज्ञान और बुद्धि प्रदान करें जो गौओं और अश्वों की समृद्धि को बढ़ाए तथा सफलता और उन्नति के साधनों का निर्माण करे।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1594
›अशमानस्य वा नरः स्वेदस्य सत्यशवसः. विदा कामस्य वेनतः
Maruts, dynamic powers of action and generosity, know and fulfil the plan and desire of the man truly courageous and powerful, knowledgeable, cultured and graceful who honestly lives by the sweat of his brow.
हे मारुतगण, आप उस वीर, शक्तिशाली, ज्ञानी, सुसंस्कृत और विनम्र पुरुष की इच्छा और योजना को जानते और पूर्ण करते हैं जो ईमानदारी से अपने श्रम से जीवन यापन करता है।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1595
उप नः स्ञुनवो गिरः शृण्वन्त्वमृतस्य ये. सुमृडीका भवन्तु नः
SumæŒ∂kå bhavantu na¨. May the Vishvedevas, eminent brilliancies of humanity, children of immortality and creators of the language of immortality in knowledge, come and listen to the prayers of the seekers and be givers of bliss to us. May the children listen to the voices of the immortals and be givers of joy to us.
हे अमरता के पुत्रों, हे ज्ञान के वाणी के रचयिताओं, हमारी स्तुतियों को स्वीकार करें और हमें आनंद प्रदान करें।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1596
प्र वां महि द्यवी अभ्युपस्तुतिं भरा- महे.›उची उप प्रशस्तये
O resplendent heaven and earth, pure and unsullied, we offer earnest praise in honour to you and approach you with prayers.
हे तेजस्वी द्युलोक और पृथ्वी, हम आपकी स्तुति करते हैं और आपकी ओर प्रार्थनाएँ लाते हैं।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1597
पुनाने तन्वा मिथः स्वेन दक्षेण राजथः. ªउह्याथे सनाद् ऋतम्
Divine and pure heaven and earth, together in body with your innate power and potential, you shine in glory and observe the laws of eternal truth in existence.
हे दिव्य और शुद्ध स्वर्ग और पृथ्वी, अपनी सहज शक्ति से एक साथ मिलकर, आप महिमा में चमकते हैं और अस्तित्व के शाश्वत सत्य के नियमों का पालन करते हैं।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1598
मही मित्रस्य साधथस् तरन्ती पिप्रती ऋतम्. परि यज्¤अं नि षेदथुः
Pari yaj¤a≈ ni ¶edathu¨. O mighty heaven and earth, helping friends and devotees to cross the hurdles to attainment, fulfilling the laws of truth to bliss, you preside over the yajnas of life to perfection of success.
हे मित्र, हे महान देवों, सत्य के नियमों को पूर्ण करते हुए, बाधाओं को पार कर सिद्धि तक पहुँचाने में सहायता करो।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1599
अयमु ते सम् अतसि कपोत इव गर्भधिम्. वचस् तच् चिन् न ओहसे
Vacas tac cin na ohase. Indra, firmly holding the thunder-bolt in hand, like a forceful jet of water or like a flood of penetrating rays of light to shoot, breaks the cloud and releases the waters of life. Similarly, one with your lustre and valour, like a wood cutter and carver, you fell the strongholds of evil like the trees of a forest, yes, uproot the wicked, striking the blows as with the axe.
हे इन्द्र, तू वज्र को हाथ में धारण कर, जल की धारा के समान या प्रकाश की किरणों के समान, मेघ को भेदकर जीवन-जल को मुक्त करता है।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1600
स्तोत्रं राधानां पते गिर्वाहो वीर यस्य ते. विभ्ञुतिर् अस्तु स्ञुनृता
Vibhμutir astu sμunætå. Indra, celebrated in the divine voice of revelation, creator and guardian of the world and its wealth, mighty lord of omnipotence, great and true is your glory, and may our praise and prayer to you be truly realised for our strength and joy of life.
हे स्तुति योग्य, हे वाणी के वाहक, हे वीर, हे ऐश्वर्य के स्वामी, आपकी महिमा महान और सत्य है।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1601
ªउर्ध्वस् तिष्ंहा न ञुतयेइ᳓स्मिन् वाजे शतक्रतो. समन्येषु ब्रवावहै
Indra, hero of a hundred great acts of yajnic creation, rise and stay high for our defence and protection in this battle of life. And we would sing your praises in prayer with joy in other battles too together with you.
हम अन्य युद्धों में भी आपके साथ मिलकर आनंदपूर्वक आपकी स्तुति करेंगे।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1602
गाव उप वदावंए मही यज्¤अस्य रप्सुदा. उभा कर्णा हिरन्यया
The psychic base of the devoted seeker of meditative communion is highly creative. O mind and senses attended with both knowledge and action of divine character, rise high and reach close to the reservoir of divine grace and win the showers of bliss.
हे मन और इन्द्रियों, दिव्य ज्ञान और कर्म से युक्त होकर, तुम अत्यंत सृजनशील हो, ऊँचे उठो और दिव्य कृपा के भंडार के समीप पहुँचकर आनंद की वर्षा प्राप्त करो।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1603
अभ्यारम् इद् अद्रयो निषिक्तं पुष्करे मधु. अवंअस्य विसर्जने
Ava¢asya visarjane. When the fount of the divine reservoir is released toward the quiet mind of the devotee, then the lord of clouds and soma fills the lotus of his heart with the honeyed ecstasy of divine grace.
जब दिव्य भंडार का स्रोत शांत मन की ओर प्रवाहित होता है, तब मेघों का स्वामी और सोम हृदय कमल को दिव्य कृपा के मधु से भर देता है।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1604
सि¤चन्ति नमसावंअम् उच्चाचक्रं परि ज्मा- नम्. नीचीनवारम् अक्षितम्
With homage the devotees serve Agni, radiating and vibrating on high, pervading all round, full of peace and joy, just an inverted well, inexhaustible, with release of showers on the down side for the celebrants.
भक्तिपूर्वक अग्नि की सेवा करते हुए, वे ऊँचे प्रकाशमान और स्पंदित होते हैं, चारों ओर व्याप्त, शांति और आनंद से परिपूर्ण, एक उल्टे कुएँ के समान, अक्षय, उत्सव मनाने वालों के लिए नीचे की ओर जलधाराएँ छोड़ते हुए।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1605
मा भेम मा श्रमिष्मोग्रस्य सख्ये तव. महत् ते वृष्णो अभिचक्ष्यं कृतं पश्येम तुर्वशम् यदुम्
Mahat te v涃o abhicak¶ya≈ kæta≈ pa‹yema turva‹am yadum. Let us never feel afraid, let us never tire or feel depressed under your kind care and friendship, commander of blazing lustre. Admirable is your action and prowess, mighty generous lord. We celebrate you and pray we may see that our people and our progeny be industrious and high achievers.
हे तेजस्वी प्रभु, आपकी मित्रता में हम भयभीत न हों, न ही थके हुए या उदास हों।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1606
सव्याम् अनु स्फिग्यं वावसे वृषा न दानो अस्य रोषति. मध्वा सम्पृक्ताः सारघेण धेनव-स्त्ञुयम् एहि द्रवा पिब
The joyous world of soma in relation to the earth, you illuminate and rule with a fraction of your prowess. the refulgent ruler never regrets nor displeases the ruler ever. Come fast, O lord, rush in and drink the soma mixed with sweets of honey and seasoned with milk.
हे सोम! तुम पृथ्वी के साथ आनंदमय संसार को अपनी शक्ति के अंश से प्रकाशित करते हो और शासन करते हो। हे तेजस्वी शासक! तुम कभी पश्चाताप नहीं करते और न ही किसी को अप्रसन्न करते हो। हे प्रभु! शीघ्रता से आओ, दौड़ो और मधुमिश्रित तथा दूध से परिपूर्ण सोम का पान करो।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1607
इमा उ त्वा पुर्ञुवसो गिरो वर्धन्तु या मम. पावकवर्णाः शुचयो विपश्चितोइ᳓भि स्तोमैर् अन्ञुषत
Påvakavarƒå¨ ‹ucayo vipa‹citoíbhi stomair anμu¶ata. O lord of universal wealth, O shelter home of the world, may these words of my divine adoration please you and exalt you. The saints and sages of vision and wisdom and fiery heat and purity of light adore you with songs of celebration.
हे धन के स्वामी, हे विश्व के आश्रय, मेरी ये स्तुतिपूर्ण वाणी आपकी वृद्धि करे।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1608
अयम् सहस्रम् ऋषिभिः सहस्कृतः समुद्र इव पप्रथे. सत्यः सो अस्य महिमा गृणे शवो यज्¤एषु विप्रराज्ये
This Indra, adored and exalted by poets and sages a thousand ways to power and glory, rises like the sea. Ever true and inviolable is he, and I celebrate his might and grandeur expanding in the yajnic programmes of the dominion of the wise.
यह इन्द्र, कवियों और ऋषियों द्वारा सहस्रों प्रकार से स्तुत और महिमामंडित होकर, समुद्र के समान विस्तृत होता है। सत्य और अटल है उसकी महिमा, जिसे मैं यज्ञों में, बुद्धिमानों के राज्य में, गाता हूँ।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1609
यस्यायं विश्व आर्यो दासः शेवधिपा अरिः. तिराश्चिद् अर्ये रुशमे पवीरवि तुभ्येत् सो अज्यते रयिः
Tirå‹cid arye ru‹ame pav∂ravi tubhyet so ajyate rayi¨. This entire world whether it is dynamic and progressive, or reactionary and slavish, whether it guards the wealth of life or destroys it, all this wealth, directly or indirectly, is circulating within the presence of Indra, the master, awfully armed, destroyer of destroyers, to whom it really and ultimately belongs.
यह सम्पूर्ण विश्व, चाहे वह प्रगतिशील हो या दासतापूर्ण, चाहे वह जीवन के धन की रक्षा करे या उसे नष्ट करे, यह सब धन, प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से, इन्द्र के सामर्थ्य में ही समाहित है।

तुरण्यवो मधुमन्तं घृतश्चुतं विप्रासो अर्कम् आनृचुः. अस्मे रयिः पप्रथे वृष्ण्यं शवोइ᳓स्मे स्वानास इन्दवः

हे इन्द्र, विद्वान और बलवान पुरुष मधुमय, घृत से सिक्त स्तोत्र गाते हैं। हमारे लिए धन, शक्ति और सोम का प्रवाह बढ़े।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1611
गोमन्न इन्दो अश्ववत् सुतः सुदक्ष धनिव. ›उचिं च वर्णम् अधि गोषु धारय
O Soma, refulgent spirit of divine bliss and beauty, manifest every where and realised within, commanding universal power and perfection, pray set in motion for us the flow of wealth full of lands, cows, knowledge and culture, and of horses, movement, progress and achievement. I pray bless me that I may all, above mind and senses and above the things mind and senses are involved with.
हे सोम, हे ऐश्वर्यवान, हे सर्वव्यापी, हे सिद्ध, हमें भूमि, गौएँ, ज्ञान, संस्कृति, अश्व, गति और प्रगति से युक्त धन का प्रवाह प्रदान करें।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1612
सो नो हरीणाम् पत इन्दो देव प्सरस्तमः. सखेव सख्ये नर्यो रुचे भव
Sakheva sakhye naryo ruce bhava. O spirit of beauty and universal majesty, controller of all movements, beauties and perfections, divine presence that comprehend all forms of refulgence and generosity, like a friend for friends, be good for 9-105-5)
हे सौंदर्य और सार्वभौम ऐश्वर्य के आत्मा, सभी गतियों, सौंदर्य और पूर्णताओं के नियंत्रक, सभी प्रकार की दीप्ति और उदारता को समाहित करने वाली दिव्य उपस्थिति, मित्रों के लिए मित्र की भांति, हमारे लिए शुभ हो।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1613
सनेमि त्वम् अस्मदा अदेवं कं चिद् अत्रिणम्. साह्वाँन् इन्दो परि बाधो अप द्वयुम्
Såhvå~n indo pari bådho apa dvayum. O spirit of divine beauty, bliss and brilliance, one with us in all acts and movements, courageous, bold and forbearing, ward off from us all impieties and keep away the impious and ungenerous people wherever they be, whoever is a devouring destroyer, and a double dealer.
हे दिव्य सौंदर्य, आनंद और तेज के आत्मा, हमारे सभी कर्मों और गतियों में हमारे साथ एकाकार होकर, साहसी, निर्भीक और सहनशील बनकर, हम से सभी अधर्मों को दूर करें और जहाँ भी हों, अधर्मी और अनुदार लोगों को दूर रखें।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1614
अ¤जते व्य¤जते सम् अ¤जते क्रतुं रिहन्ति मध्वाभ्य¤जते. सिन्धोर् उच्छ्वासे पत- यन्तम् उक्षणम् हिरण्यपावाः पशुम् अप्सु गृभ्णते
They realise it in the vibrant soul, diversify the presence in various statements of definition and communication, and integrate the experience and the statements in the awareness of its absolute glory. They with honey sweets of homage in acts of soma yajna. In these ways of awareness, thoughts, words and deeds, do lovers of the golden glory of soma realise and integrate with the all watching universal power and presence vaulting on top of their waves of consciousness with incessant showers of bliss divine.
हे भगवन, आप जल में रहने वाले, स्वर्ण-पंखों वाले, शक्तिशाली पशु की तरह हैं, जो समुद्र के श्वास के साथ ऊपर उठते हैं।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1615
विपश्चिते पवमानाय गायत मही न धारा- त्यन्धो अर्षति. अहिर् न ज्ञुर्णाम् अति सर्पति त्व- चम् अत्यो न क्रीडन्नसरद् वृषा हरिः
O people, sing in honour of Soma, omniscient spirit of life, pure and purifier that brings us food, energy, honour and excellence in torrential streams. Knowing that, man, free from want, suffering and small mindedness, goes forward with life happy, youthful, playful as a colt and generous as showers of rain, and at the end of life goes on again, having left this body as a snake casts off its old skin and goes free and youthful again.
हे लोगो, सर्वज्ञ, पवित्र सोम की स्तुति करो, जो हमें अन्न, ऊर्जा, सम्मान और उत्कृष्टता की धाराएँ प्रदान करता है। इसे जानकर, मनुष्य अभाव, दुःख और संकीर्णता से मुक्त होकर, प्रसन्न, युवा, चंचल और उदारतापूर्वक जीवन में आगे बढ़ता है।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1616
अग्रे गो राजाप्यस्तविष्यते विमानो अह्नां भु- वनेष्वर्पितः. हरिर् घृतस्नुः सुदृशीको अर्णवो ज्योतीरथः पवते राय ओक्यः
Soma, foremost pioneer spirit, refulgent ruler, open to all, maker of days and nights, omnipresent in by all. Soft and sweet, gracious and illuminative as ghrta, destroyer of darkness and suffering, blissful of sight, deep as space, riding the chariot of light, universal haven of all, moves, initiates and consecrates us for the achievement of honour, wealth and excellence.
हे सोम! तुम अग्रणी, सर्वव्यापी, दिन-रात्रि के निर्माता, प्रकाशमान रथ पर सवार होकर, धन और आश्रय प्रदान करते हुए प्रवाहित हो रहे हो।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1617
विश्वेभिर् अग्ने अग्निभिर् इमं यज्¤अम् इदं वचः. चनो धाः सहसो यहो
Agni, lord of knowledge, mighty of strength and power, kind and gracious, with all these forms of heat and energy, take on this yajnic programme of ours, fructify our words of prayer, and bless us with the delight of well-being.
हे अग्निदेव, अपनी समस्त ऊर्जा और सामर्थ्य से हमारे इस यज्ञ और वाणी को स्वीकार करें, और हमें सुख-समृद्धि का आनंद प्रदान करें।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1618
यच्चिद्धि शश्वता तना देवं-देवं यजा- महे. त्वे इद्द् ह्ञुयते हविः
By whichever eternal and extended holy powers of cosmic yajna were the brilliant and generous powers of nature created, to the same divine powers we offer yajna, to one and all. And to the same powers is the holy material of yajna offered for all time.
जिस शाश्वत और विस्तृत दैवीय शक्ति से देवों की पूजा की जाती है, उसी में हविष्य समर्पित होता है।
Chapter 16 · Verse 1619
प्रियो नो अस्तु विश्पतिर् होता मन्द्रो वरेण्यः. प्रियाः स्वग्नयो वयम्
Priyå¨ svagnayo vayam. May the happy, charming and venerable ruler of the people, worthy of choice, be dear to us. May the venerable people who offer yajna in honour of Agni, eternal lord of cosmic yajna, and the leader of the people, be dear to us.
वह प्रिय, प्रसन्नचित्त, वरणीय और मनुष्यों का स्वामी (अग्नि) हमें प्रिय हो।
